c_Clarkflow Book a call
How it works

From first call to live system in two to three weeks.

No six-month transformation project. No army of consultants. One operator — me — mapping your lead flow, building the automations, and staying on the line until the numbers move.

The process

Four phases, zero mystery.

You always know what's being built, why it's being built, and what it's expected to change.

PHASE 01 · DAYS 1–2

Speed-to-Lead Audit

We walk through your lead flow on a 30-minute call: where leads come in, how fast they're answered today, and where they die. You leave with a clear diagnosis whether or not you hire me.

PHASE 02 · DAYS 3–5

Blueprint

I map every automation: triggers, messages, timing, handoffs, and guardrails. You approve the blueprint — including the exact copy of every message a customer will ever receive — before anything is built.

PHASE 03 · WEEK 2

Build & Test

Automations go up on your existing tools and get tested against real scenarios: after-hours calls, duplicate leads, angry customers, no-shows. Every workflow is documented so nothing lives in my head.

PHASE 04 · WEEK 3+

Launch & Optimize

We go live, watch speed-to-lead and booked jobs, and tune the sequences. You get a weekly metrics email and a system your team understands and owns.

TIMELINE

Typical build: 2–3 weeks

A single speed-to-lead sprint can be live in days. A full five-system build with AI receptionist takes closer to three weeks. Week one starts the day after the audit.

WHAT I NEED

From you, about 2 hours

Access to the tools you use, one person who knows your current process, and 30 minutes to approve the message copy. That's the whole ask.

Straight talk

What this is — and what it isn't.

Automation consulting works best when expectations are honest up front. Here's how Clarkflow engagements actually run.

  • It is not a software subscription — it's a system built for your business, on tools you control
  • It does not replace your team — it removes the missed-lead busywork that keeps them from closing
  • It does not blast your customers — every sequence is approved by you, with opt-outs and quiet hours
  • It does not vanish when I leave — everything is documented, and training is part of the build
A realistic first 30 days
Week 1audit + blueprint
Week 2build + test
Week 3launch + tune
Week 4first metrics report

Timelines assume reasonably responsive tool access. Integrations with unusual or legacy systems can add time — I'll flag that in the audit before you commit to anything.

Questions

The things people ask on the first call.

What does a Clarkflow engagement cost?
Pricing is project-based and depends on scope: the Speed-to-Lead Sprint starts at $1,500, a full five-system build starts at $4,500, and ongoing optimization runs from $500/month. The free audit ends with a fixed quote and an expected payback estimate — no hourly meter running, no surprise invoices.
How fast can we be live?
A focused speed-to-lead sprint — missed-call text-back and instant form response — can be live within days of the audit. Full builds typically take two to three weeks including testing and team training.
Do I need to replace my current CRM?
Almost never. Clarkflow builds on what you already use whenever possible — GoHighLevel, HubSpot, ServiceTitan, Jobber, Housecall Pro, and similar tools. If a new tool would genuinely pay for itself, I'll show you the math before recommending it.
Will AI be talking to my customers?
Only where you approve it. The AI receptionist handles routine questions and intake with guardrails you set, and hands off to a human immediately for emergencies, complaints, or high-value jobs. You approve every message template and greeting before launch.
Does automation replace my office staff?
No — it replaces the missed calls, repetitive texting, and manual data entry that keep your staff from doing the work only humans can do. Most teams end up busier with booked jobs, not with admin.
My leads come from Angi and Thumbtack. Does this still work?
Yes — lead marketplaces are one of the strongest cases for speed-to-lead automation, because you're literally racing other contractors for the same lead. Clarkflow captures marketplace leads the moment they arrive and responds before the competition's app even notifies them.
Is automated texting compliant?
Builds follow SMS best practices: consent-aware messaging, clear opt-out on every campaign, and quiet hours. For heavily regulated industries I'll flag what needs your legal or compliance review — automation should never be a liability.
What if it doesn't work for my business?
That's what the audit is for. If I don't see a clear payback path for automation in your business, I'll tell you on the call and you'll have lost thirty minutes. I'd rather turn down a project than build something that won't move your numbers.

Start with the audit. Decide from there.

Thirty minutes, a straight diagnosis of where your leads leak, and a build order based on payback. The audit is free and the advice is yours to keep.

The audit promise
  • No slide deck, no pressure pitch
  • A concrete diagnosis of your lead flow
  • A build order ranked by payback
  • Fixed pricing before any work starts
